Summary:Zinc Oxide and Albumen doped Zinc Oxide nanoparticles have been successfully synthesized using co-precipitation method. X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the prepared material possess polycrystalline nature and hexagonal structure with (100) and (002) orientation for Zinc Oxide and Albumen doped Zinc Oxide nanoparticles. Optical absorption analysis showed that there is change in value of band gap in the range between 3.02 and 2.96eV is observed for Zinc Oxide and Albumen doped nanoparticles. Photoluminescence spectroscopy showed that there is observation of blue shift in the wavelength for Zinc Oxide and Albumen doped Zinc Oxide nanoparticles.
