Summary:CoCu thin films were fabricated on a nanocrystalline substrate by DC electrodeposition. It is found that the composition, structure and magnetic properties of the thin films exhibit a strong dependence on the current density and pH values of the bath electrolyte. The effect of annealing as well as the structure–property relation was investigated.
