Summary: | This study aimed to determine the effect of supportive program on maternal self-confidence in caring of infants with gastrointestinal anomalies.
In this randomized clinical trial, 50 mothers of infants with gastrointestinal anomalies randomly allocated into control and intervention groups. The mothers of intervention group, in addition to the routine care, received supportive program. Maternal self-confidence was measured before and after the intervention, using Karitane Parenting Confidence Scale.
