Crizotinib-induced fatal fulminant liver failure

Highlights • Report about a case of crizotinib-induced fulminant liver failure. • Bilirubin levels kept increasing after crizotinib discontinuation. • Symptoms of encephalopathy and hepatorenal syndrome emerged. • Patient died due to acute liver failure with massive liver cell necrosis.
