Summary:This clinical case describes a patient who suffered a combined closed avulsion of the central slip and the terminal tendon of the index finger extensor mechanism, associated with a unicondylar fracture of the middle phalanx and a spiroid fracture of the second metacarpal. Nous présentons le cas clinique d’un patient qui a présenté une avulsion fermée simultanée des deux insertions digitales de l’appareil extenseur de l’index associée à une fracture unicondylienne de la phalange intermédiaire et à une fracture spiroïde du deuxième métacarpien.
