Summary:The article analyzes the patent situation in the field of titanium alloy surface modification with high-energy flows. Based on the studies conducted, it has been discovered that the main applicants and patent holders are legal entities. In the total amount of patent documents, the Russian Federation ranks 7th, with the USA being the leader. Positive dynamics over the past 10 years of technical solution patenting in the field of titanium alloy modification has been revealed.
