Summary: | The article represents a computer simulation results of the drawing process of the billet in a step-wedge dies processed under various deformation schemes: without billet tilting; with tilting at the angle 180° after each feeding; with tilting at the angles 90° and 180° after one passage. A comparative analysis of the stress strain state was made. Strain effective ε was used to assess the strain state. The stress state was estimated using the Lode coefficient μσ. According to the results of the comparative analysis, it was concluded which of the deformation schemes is the most optimal. |
