Summary: | The growing needs of the industries to achieve high production rates insists on the usage of the cutting tool for relatively longer hours which might get overheated due to various reasons and eventually will lead to the failure of the tool. This discrepancy can be eliminated by the usage of a cutting fluid which takes away the chips that are formed and also the heat generated during the process of metal removal. This research on the cutting fluid includes the addition of nano materials along with the cutting fluid or the coolant to increase the amount of heat removed by the same and thus obtaining increased tool life. |
