Summary: | Greatly used material in the construction industry is concrete in the world environmental concern. Researchers are doing continuous research for alternative materials which can be utilized as partial replacement of cement. Including SCM’s (Supplementary Cementitious Materials) in concrete has become popular these days, due to the problems involved with the production of cement. Incorporating supplementary cementitious materials such, led to the development of blended concretes, Use of these byproducts facilitates sustainable development in the present world scenario. By including optimum cement content with mineral admixtures will enhance the effects of concrete. In this paper an attempt has been done to study the mechanical properties of Quaternary Blended Concrete using different mineral admixtures. |
