Summary: | The purpose of this paper is to provide a conceptual model of performance measure factors of the SMEs of Gujarat, State of India, which gives the relationship and its estimated value of each factor to enhance the agility of any organization. Key elements of the performance measure factors have been determined by the relevant literature review and structured as the framework. With the questionnaire's help, the researcher took responses from 345 different organizations and did the assessment. Using the SPSS-AMOS, the researcher designed the agile manufacturing conceptual model for performance measure factors representing the Gujarat State. Interactions between the agile manufacturing performance measure factors were configured and finding the estimated values of each factor and its correlation. Using the SPSS-AMOS software, the researcher prepared a conceptual model for the same. This paper is exclusively on establishing an agile manufacturing conceptual model for the performance measure factors in Gujarat. In addition, this investigation clarifies how the factors correlated with each other. The proposed approach to developing the model for individual, organization sectors by taking more than one response from one company. The proposed model presents an innovative conceptual model for the practitioner to confiscation the systematic condition of agile manufacturing. The proposed model supports the specialist in confiscation continuous improvements in agile manufacturing by performance measure factors that should be centered around what's to come. The investigation presents another perspective for agile manufacturing by the effect of interaction between the agile manufacturing performance measure factors and incorporating them. |
