Summary: | [Display omitted]
The present work aims to improve the performance of Heat Pipe with nanorefrigerant. A circular HP made up of copper material has been used in this study. Graphene nanoplatelets were mixed with R-410a refrigerant and used as the working fluid in heat pipe. The thermal resistance, thermal conductivity, temperature difference between the evaporator and condenser were validated by using different working fluid, different heat power and inclination angle. From the optimized results nanorefrigerants enhance the thermal efficiency of HP, decreased thermal resistance when compared to refrigerant. The study suggested that heat pipe with nanorefrigerants are well suitable for cooling electronics appliances. |
