Summary: | In this paper, a low-cost fully compact differential bioimpedance-monitoring front-end based on a precision Voltage-Controlled-Current-Source (VCCS) coupled with high input impedance differential voltage measurement is depicted. This system uses a high input-impedance discrete differential amplifier to allow integrated voltage measurement for 2 or 4 wires measurement methods. The low cost aspect of the devices, its reduced size (portable) and its reconfigurability allow for a wide prospect of applications in environment monitoring or biomedical embedded devices. |
