Summary: | Commensurability peaks in new kind of two-dimensional (2D) systems with artificial scatterers—2D electron gas in the array of diffusive and thermalizing scatterers (it was AuGeNi alloy dots)—was studied experimentally. It is shown that the position and the amplitude of these peaks are completely described by the model of pin-ball electron trajectories. |
