Summary: | Demographic change and the digital transformation are megatrends of our time. This paper presents a concept of how to use elements of the digital transformation to transfer knowledge in order to cope with the demographic transitions especially in manufacturing SME. The concept combines visual and tactile sensors in order to determine hand movements. In order to recognize hand movement this paper will review different approaches of how to describe hand movement in manufacturing environments. In an outlook, the application of this concepts and challenges applying the concept in a prototype will be discussed. |
