Summary:Cloud computing has given boom to I.T due to its scalability, obtainability, consistency that it offers, It has provided the platform for industries or general user to store huge amount of data with lower cost. Arduous work in this sector is carried out still due to its versatility much work need to be still done. The key work is in balancing of huge amount of load as there are numerous resources used in it. Also under different load condition the criteria to select node will be different. There are enormous dynamic and static load balancing algorithm available. In the proposed system the load balancing is done for Idle, Normal and overloaded or waveringly condition of the balancer, the balancer selects the appropriate node for storage of data for different condition.
