Summary: | This article addresses a discrete event CLOUD simulator and manager, CLOURAM to estimate the risk indices in large CLOUD computing environments, comparing favorably with the intractably theoretical Markov solutions or hand calculations that are limited in scope. The goal is to optimize the quality of a CLOUD operation and what countermeasures to take to minimize threats to the service quality by reserve planning of additional product capacity to be deployed. Following, cost and benefit analysis is demonstrated. |
