Summary:In accordance with the system approach to rotary cutting we have solved the control task, i.e. determination of the shape and sizes of the obtained chip depending on design and geometrical parameters of the cutting tool, its installation in relation to the work and elements of the cutting mode. We have made mathematical simulation and experimental study of the process. The obtained results confirm adequacy of the created model.
