Summary: | Based on the deeply research on the operators for evaluating the form error of the new generation of GPS, Digital Metrology technique to evaluate the cylindricity error of shaft parts is introduced. On the basis of the analysis for geometric model of the cylindricity error, we build the linear programming models to evaluate the cylindricity error, and propose a new modified simplex method. Aimed at the difficulty of the extracting of the cylindricity error evaluating on line, two compensation methods of dimension deviation are presented, Archimedes Helix Compensation Method and Slope Compensation Method. Based on the new generation of GPS, we draft the complete operators to evaluate the cylindricity error and use mixed programming technology for the secondary development of the evaluation software. At last, these methods are verified by testing. The result can evaluate the cylindricity error in the grinding process, improve the accuracy and the real time effect of the system, expand its scope of application, and promote the application of the new generation of GPS in actual engineering. |
