Summary: | Influence of dynamic force of machines on its foundation is analyzed. Decrease of dynamic force can greatly decrease amount of concrete required for foundation construction. Application of different types of vibration isolators is analyzed. Special attention is paid for vibration isolators with quasi-zero stiffness that have high efficiency. But for achieving exact value of dynamic force acting on foundation an experimental study is required. Specially designed research equipment for measurement of dynamic load has been constructed. It allows getting spectrum of dynamic force acting between machine and vibration isolator and also between vibration isolator and foundation. So, efficiency if vibration isolator can be measured very accurate. |
