Summary: | In the last twenty years, Romania has made a long quest from the Communist centralized learning system to the world ideal of academic self-determination and responsibility. Yet nowadays law graduates do not consider themselves ready for a juridical life. Even if they know the law very well, they are not able to operate with it, at the beginning of their career. The purposes of our study are to identify the causes of this situation and to recommend some solutions. |
