Summary:The scientific world placed human resource development issues in educational research fundamentals, being addressed as the main condition of social progress, with theoretical and practical implications on the process of reforming educational systems and hence on the formation and efficient recovery of capital. In this context, the analysis of educational sistems and strategies for teacher training, models of professionalism, standards and professional skills and identify needs, best practices, elements of continuity and change induced progress towards the knowledge society is a necessity to optimize this approach. Projects in education and training meet these priorities contribute significantly to achieving the main objectives of the European Union's strategy by investing in training of generations of well trained, able to face current and future accountability challenges by promoting learning from multiple perspectives: „learning to know, learn to drive, learning to be, learning to live together and learn to change yourself and your company”.
