Description
Summary:In this study our intent is to identify the maladaptive schemes in girls and boys in the province of Almeria. To achieve these objectives we have used the survey method, using the Young Schema Questionnaire Long Form - Second Edition, YSQ-L2. This questionnaire was used on 126 girls and 120 boys, after which we have reached the conclusion that there are no differences in the maladaptive schemes based on gender. Generally all maladaptive schemes are present in young adolescents.
