Description
Summary:The presented software package enables missing data imputation in datasets used in economic and social policy simulation studies where gross personal income computation (known as grossing-up procedure in literature) from other available data is not trivial. The package is generally applicable to modern tax systems around the world and allows for gross personal income computation at the individual level based on net personal income and relevant income tax parameters, such as tax allowances, tax schedule, tax credit system, and social security contributions, in various combinations. •Gross personal income data imputation in economic and social policy microsimulation studies is not trivial.•Presented software package enables an exact analytical solution.•It can be considered as a general analytically exact technique applicable for most of the countries and various personal income tax systems.
