Description
Summary:[Display omitted] •pvT properties of 0.977H2O+0.023n-C6H14 are measured at high T and p.•The phase diagram are defined by break point technical.•The parameters of critical point L–L transition are TLL=454.61K; PLL=2.626MPa.•The critical parameters of L-G transition are T=637.70K; p=23.10MPa. pvT- properties of binary mixture of 0.977 water+0.023 n-hexane (mole fraction) have been studied in the temperature intervals from 310K to 680K and pressure range up to 60MPa for 11 values of mixture mean density in a range from 96.96–759.66kg/m3 using high-pressure constant-volume piezometer. Lines of phase equilibrium and critical points of the mixture have been determined. The investigation involves dissolution of hydrocarbon in water (L–L transition) and the transition of the hydrocarbon-water solution into gas, including critical and supercritical regions.
