Summary:[Display omitted] A simple and efficient method for the synthesis of pharmaceutically relevant propargylamines through one-pot three-component coupling reactions of amines, CH2Cl2, and terminal alkynes (AHA) using nano Au/CeO2 as a heterogeneous catalyst is reported. The catalyst is characterized by DRX, DR-UV visible spectroscopy, and TEM. Gold particles are regularly distributed on ceria and range in size from 2 to 4nm.
