Description
Summary:Currently, there is no set of tools available for qualitative and quantitative assessment of the impact of passenger road transport on the gross regional products (GRPs) and their components. This leads to inadequate responses in the management system, e.g., in the field of mining, which is key for the Arctic regions of the Russian Federation. The resulting disharmony requires the development of a scientific approach. This fact makes this study relevant. Our goal was to create theoretical prerequisites for an analytical platform for managing the passenger vehicle fleet structure. The scientific novelty of the study is in the identification of the relationship between the number of passenger vehicles and the gross regional products of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation (correlation factors: 0.57–0.79), as well as components of the gross regional products by industry (correlation factors: 0.07–0.9).
