Summary: | Currently, road, construction and lifting and transport vehicles work for a significant part of the time on unsteady start-stop traffic modes. The increase in energy consumption by machines in these modes requires an energy analysis to develop recommendations for improving efficiency. One of the main reasons for the decrease in efficiency are fluctuations in speed and load, deviations of which from the calculated values cause an increase in energy losses. Another reason for the increase in energy losses is the process of forced braking of cars when they need to stop. In order to carry out dynamic calculations and assess the economic qualities of the designed machines, it is necessary to carry out energy analysis, which is the basis for the optimal choice of parameters of machines operating with alternating acceleration and braking modes. |
