Summary:In modern conditions, there is an interest of managers in management technologies that improve the quality of the organization's work in various areas and, thus, contribute to the growth of the financial results of its activities. In this article presents a methodology for evaluating restrictions in logistics chains using intermodal transport. Based on scientific methods and consultations with experts, the methodology determines a set of potential limitations in the logistics chain and makes it possible to compare different variants of the implementation of logistics chains. Based on the definition of conditions, the methodology allows the selection of a suitable variant of the logistics chain with emphasis on the specific conditions of the evaluator. The methodology is processed in the form of a software tool, which allows its wide application in practice in the planning and selection of a suitable variant of the logistics chain with the entry of specific conditions.
