Markers of the p53 pathway further refine molecular profiling in high-risk endometrial cancer: A Trans PORTEC initiative

Highlights • We used markers of the p53 pathway to refine existing stratifications of endometrial cancer. • We showed that mdm2 and p63 are useful markers to further classify this disease. • This is particularly important in the copy number low tumours.
