Excess Molar Volumes and Surface Tensions of 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene and 1,3,5-Trimethylbenzene with 1-Butanol, 2-Methyl-1-propanol, 2-Butanol, and 2-Methyl-2-propanol at 298.15 K

Densities for binary mixtures of (1,2,4-trimethylbenzene + 1-butanol, 2-methyl-1-propanol, 2-butanol, and 2-methyl-2-propanol and 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene + 1-butanol, 2-methyl-1-propanol, 2-butanol, and 2-methyl-2-propanol) have been determined over the entire concentration range at 298.15 K, and exc...

Description
Summary:Densities for binary mixtures of (1,2,4-trimethylbenzene + 1-butanol, 2-methyl-1-propanol, 2-butanol, and 2-methyl-2-propanol and 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene + 1-butanol, 2-methyl-1-propanol, 2-butanol, and 2-methyl-2-propanol) have been determined over the entire concentration range at 298.15 K, and excess molar volumes have been derived. Surface tensions of these binary mixtures have been measured at 298.15 K by the pendant drop method, and the values of the surface tension deviation for these mixtures were also calculated.
