Densities and Excess Molar Volumes for Binary Glycerol + 1-Propanol, + 2-Propanol, + 1,2-Propanediol, and + 1,3-Propanediol Mixtures at Different Temperatures

Liquid densities of the binary glycerol + 1-propanol, + 2-propanol, + 1,2-propanediol, and + 1,3-propanediol mixtures were measured at the temperatures in the range from (298.15 to 333.15) K in 5 K intervals. From these data, the excess molar volumes (V  E) and its standard deviations (σ(V  E)) were...

Description
Summary:Liquid densities of the binary glycerol + 1-propanol, + 2-propanol, + 1,2-propanediol, and + 1,3-propanediol mixtures were measured at the temperatures in the range from (298.15 to 333.15) K in 5 K intervals. From these data, the excess molar volumes (V  E) and its standard deviations (σ(V  E)) were calculated. The experimental results have been correlated using the three parameters of the Redlich−Kister equation.
