Effect of prostaglandins E1, E2 and F2α on human blood coagulation

As prostaglandins are being used to induce labour and abortion in some women, it is necessary to know the effect of these compounds on the blood coagulation system. We have investigated this problem using plasma from normal women and prostaglandins E 1 , E 2 and F 2α (Upjohn).
