1–4
are the first examples of the coordination assembly of monolacunary germanomolybdates and heavy rare earth elements, and were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. The magnetic investigation shows that
1
and
3
exhibit magnetic relaxation behavior in a zero applied dc field, indicative of SMM behavior. Slow magnetic relaxation behavior of
1–4
could be observed in a static magnetic field of 5000 Oe. |
