Herein, we report a photoinduced, CuCl 2 mediated C(sp 3 )-H borylation of unactivated alkanes. This protocol features mild reaction conditions, readily available reagents, and gram-scalability. This paper describes a photoinduced, CuCl 2 -mediated C(sp 3 )-H borylation of non-activated alkanes. The new reaction features mild conditions, readily available reagents, and easy scalability.
