Summary:Rapidly finding a new type of perovskite-like photoelectric material is very important. However, the preparation process and device construction of current electrodes are complicated during the screening of photoelectric materials. In addition, interdigital electrodes (IEs) based on Au, Ag, and other noble metals are very fragile and easily punctured during repeated testing. In this study, we prepared durable, low-cost, and convenient IEs on flat indium tin oxide (ITO) with a distance of 70 microns by laser etching. To prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the ITO-IEs, classic mixed cationic perovskites (MCPs) were selected and prepared on ITO-IEs to test their photoelectric performance. The photocurrent density of IEs based on MCPs reaches 21.68 μA cm −2 at 386 nm, 30 W m −2 , and 2.5 V bias voltage. The photocurrent response of the MCP ITO-IEs is effective up to 0.5 W m −2 , indicating high photocurrent sensitivity. The values of R and D based on MCP ITO-IEs are 7.23 mA W −1 and 2.36 × 10 10 Jones at 386 nm with 30 W m −2 and 2.5 V bias voltage, respectively. These results indicate that durable, low-cost, and convenient ITO-IEs and design thought can effectively screen new perovskite-like photoelectric materials.
