Description
Summary:Sodium phthalocyanine-based nanocrystals were selectively grown in the gap between two electrodes using a nanoscale electrocrystallization method. They had a width of approximately 100 nm and a length of several microns. Surprisingly, these nanocrystals exhibit weak n-type electrical characteristics during currentvoltage measurements, even though they are p-type materials. Nanocrystals exhibiting weak n-type characteristics were selectively grown in the gap between source and drain electrodes.
