Description
Summary:A method for arranging the interferometer elements in nodes of a regular hexagonal coordinate net that provides a nonredundant coverage of a spatial-frequency domain of hexagonal shape is considered. The procedure of synthesizing such arrays based on the use of cyclic difference sets is described. The basic characteristics of the synthesized beam (the beamwidth and sidelobe level) are investigated.
