Recurrent respiratory papillomatosis: Management with cidofovir
Recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (RRP) remains a difficult and challenging disease to treat. Cidofovir, when administered intralesionally for severe RRP, has shown effective control in early trials. Appropriate patient selection and technique of administration will be reviewed.
