Description
Summary:Decubitis angina briefly refers to a pain occurring during the night or in recumbent position. Herewith, we present a case of decubitis angina occurring immediately after lying down in a patient with coronary artery disease and aortic regurgitation. The patient was successfully treated by percutaneous coronary intervention. It should be kept in mind that early-onset chest pain immediately after lying down might be a sign of myocardial ischemia or acute coronary syndrome especially in the presence of coronary artery disease and aortic regurgitation.
