Summary: | The self and mutual inductances of London superconductor structures, of completely generalized geometry, have been derived in terms of London fluxoids. The final expressions for superconducting systems are analogous in form to the inductance expressions found for normal conductors. It is shown, however, that the ``fine wire'' approximation and the concept of ``partial linkages'' needed for normal conductors are not necessary when treating superconducting structures. |
