Study of high-precision ( 10 − 4 ) transverse Kerr effect measurement method applied for laser gyroscope

Magneto-optic transverse Kerr effects were measured and studied in this paper. The measurement precision can be improved by two orders of magnitude ( 10 − 4 ) when using small vibrating method and magneto-optical rotation angle amplified as compared to a conventional instrument. Our proposed model w...

Description
Summary:Magneto-optic transverse Kerr effects were measured and studied in this paper. The measurement precision can be improved by two orders of magnitude ( 10 − 4 ) when using small vibrating method and magneto-optical rotation angle amplified as compared to a conventional instrument. Our proposed model was verified through an experimental study. A useful result for designing and reference has been obtained.
