Summary: | The GaInAsSb solid-liquid and solid-vapor equilibrium are studied by experimental measurement and computer prediction. The compositions of Ga1−XInXAs1−YSbY epilayers are determined by electroprobe microanalysis. Artificial neural networks trained using experimental data have been used to predict the composition of GaInAsSb epilayers grown by liquid-phase epitaxy. The artificial neural networks are also very useful for predicting the composition range of GaInAsSb grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition. |
