Influence of Composition, Exposure, Thermal Annealing and Pressure on Structure and Optical Properties of As-S-Se Chalcogenide Glasses and Thin Films

Description
Summary:Raman spectra and some optical properties (pseudogap E g *, refractive index n) of As 40 S 60 − x Se x (x = 0, 10, 15, 20) glasses and thin films have been studied. The analysis of the Raman spectra has enabled us to make a conclusion about the microheterogeneous model of the glass and thin film local structure. The types of bonds and main structural groups have been defined. The influence of preparation conditions, thermal annealing, pressure and exposure on the structure and optical parameters of As 40 S 60 − x Se x glasses and thin films has been investigated.
