Evolution of poling distribution in ferroelectric ceramics with temperature

We study the spatial distribution of reoriented domains in ferroelectric ceramics of calcium modified lead titanate (Pb 1−x Ca x TiO 3 ) with different Ca contents and their behaviour with temperature. These results are related to the electric relaxation process of the studied ceramics and the elect...

Description
Summary:We study the spatial distribution of reoriented domains in ferroelectric ceramics of calcium modified lead titanate (Pb 1−x Ca x TiO 3 ) with different Ca contents and their behaviour with temperature. These results are related to the electric relaxation process of the studied ceramics and the electric behaviour of these materials. To make this study, a method based on low frequency sinusoidal thermal waves was used.
