Study of thin film growth by means of mathematical morphology methods

Discontinuous Ag films were studied by a complex of morphological methods and the correlation between various film properties was derived. The results of morphological analysis will be used as input data for a computer experiment in order to find the basic physical mechanisms of film growth.
