Summary: | Graphene (GE) has a unique two-dimensional nanostructure, good electrical conductivity, and excellent thermal properties, which make it outperform traditional filler materials in working with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) to build high-performance polymer fillers. GP electric heating film retains the inherent characteristics of GE, and also the good mechanical properties of PVDF. It has the characteristics of fast electrothermal response at lower operating voltages (can quickly reach 196 °C under 10 V voltage), good flexibility, lightweight (16 g/m

), and uniform heat distribution.Compared with other electric heating materials, it has substantial advantages and helps improve the application of intelligent textiles in industry, military, aviation, and other fields. |
