Summary: | Spatial and temporal variation in water quality was investigated for the Upper Talbot Brook catchment, Western Australia, during the period of June to August, 1998. Data from water samples land use questionnaires, GIS analysis and remote sensing were used to provide an inclusive view a water quality variability and investigate possible causes of the variations. This investigation make: particular use of spatial data and Gil functionality to facilitate the selection o sampling sites, the mapping of remnant vegetation and land use, and an analysis o variability in water quality through time. |
