Primary malignant mixed Mullerian tumour of the fallopian tube

The malignant mixed Mullerian tumor is composed of malignant glands in malignant stroma, but tumors of the fallopian tubes are rare. A case study of a 75-year-old woman who was found to have a Mullerian tumor of the fallopian tube is discussed.
