TiNiCu cable-type welding wire (CWW) containing 1-Mo, 3-Fe, 1-Ti, 1-Ni and 1-Cu pure metallic wires. The produced MEA coating is composed of FCC major phase and BCC minor phase. The hardness of the produced MEA coating is between 400 HV and 450 HV, while the substrate is about 190 HV. The produced MEA coating can greatly improve the wear resistance of the substrate, and its friction coefficient is 0.4, which is far lower than that of the substrate (0.65). |
