Description
Summary:Discusses the apparent paucity and richness of archive in relation to Asian female to male bodies in the US. The paucity of the archive may be indicated by a number of factors. Challenges the febrile insignificance of the Asian FTM archive. Suggests that there are good reasons for the Asian FTM archive to be the subject of an epistemology which locates it everywhere that Asian bodies are found. The Asian FTM body in its multiple interpellations (female masculinity/femininity, male masculinity/femininity, transsexuality) calls for a rich set of archival paths. (Quotes from original text)
